We only collect the data needed to provide our application optimisation services.

When you upload a CV, we keep both the original file and the text extracted from it. The file lets us check that automatic reading did not miss anything, and lets you review the document you gave us at any time from your profile. These documents are accessible only to you and to the Jobbot team for that quality check; they are never sent to recruiters and never used to train a model. You can delete a CV at any time from your profile: the file is then erased permanently, along with the text. Deleting your account erases all your CVs, files included.

Your data is used exclusively to improve your Jobbot experience and to generate tailored applications.

Jobbot runs a single tracker: Google Analytics 4, to count visits and see which pages are useful. It only loads after you explicitly accept: until then, no request reaches Google and no measurement cookie is written. If you accept, Google writes cookies (“_ga” and “_ga_…”) holding a visit identifier for at most thirteen months. None of this data feeds advertising or cross-site tracking: the Consent Mode advertising signals stay denied at all times. Your choice is kept in your browser for six months, then asked again. You can change it at any time through the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page. Cookies strictly necessary to run the service, such as the one keeping you signed in, fall outside this choice and stay active. Your choice itself, whether you accept or decline, is recorded on our servers with its date and the version of the text above, because we have to be able to demonstrate that we collected it properly. That record holds neither your IP address nor your browser, only a random identifier drawn by your browser, plus your account if one existed at the time of the click.
